and then stopped moving.
Sam tapped Jim's leg, quietly asking, "Is it over?"
He turned to his former-still-maybe-who-knows girlfriend, mouth opening to
reply. Sam's face contorted, twisting into an expression of abject terror.
She fell back, fainting onto the floor with the grace of a falling lamp.
Frowning with confusion, Jim turned around to see the object of her fear.
"You shouldn't have done that Jim.."
