Here are the instructions on deleting cookies in IE:
1. Quit Internet Explorer and quit any instances of Windows Explorer. 2. In Control Panel , double-click Internet Options. 3. On the General tab, click Delete Cookies under Temporary Internet Files, and then click OK. 4. Click OK.
That should solve the missing image problem. If you still see broken images in BoJay Premium, clear your browser cache as well.

Look Heigedder, a lot of us had problems. Clearing IE cache seemed to help. But some people did not have the same experience. Just thought you should know. I am a programmer and your site did have a glich. Please just admit it and move on. No harm no foul as far as I'm concerned. However you fixed the problem is of no concern to me. I'm just glad that you did.
Clearing IE cache did seem to fix the problem, but I think that you may still have other issues.
Just a thoutht, Jensen

Jensen,
If I have given the impression in any way that I am not trying to get this issue resolved for everyone, then I apologize. My top priority has been to get this resolved.
I have been as frustrated as anyone at the image problem - in some ways more so because I had to work blind to come up with a solution knowing that people were not getting proper access to BoJay Premium. The problem seems to mainly occur using Internet Explorer which is not a browser that I have easy access to.
I have tried to be very open and transparent about this problem and how to resolve it. I have some conjectures about what caused the problem but I haven't been able to determine conclusively what caused the problem. The solution came about through trial and error and following the standard "browser problem" playlist.
If you are seeing any other issues, please let me know. I can only fix problems that I see on my own or someone tells me.

Actually the problem was a bad cookie. It was not specific to any browser. Thanks to a visitor to the chat room, it was found that the session ID of the cookie did not match the session ID of the site. Therefore, it acted like you did not have access to see the site.

Maniac (and everyone who helped),
Thanks for figuring out the source of the issue. It means that deleting your AR Archive cookie should definitely be the solution. If you have tried deleting the cookie(s) and still are having problems, email me at

and I'll give you an alternate solution.
Now I have to wonder what changed the session ID for only BoJay Premium...
Thanks again to maniac and Tazz and evryone else who helped figure this out,

Your efforts are certainly appreciated Heid.
Okay, I used the Control Panel method but have two new problems. First, it didn't work for my Netscape Browser. How do I erase the cookies for that? Also, an old problem has popped up with Internet Explorer. The BoJay images are appearing but when I try to save them my computer insists they are bitmaps.
I feel stupid. Any thoughts?
Oni.
