They tried a TV series, "Do Over", in which a man is thrown back to about age 13 and tries to make better choices for himself. I could see your woman settling for something similar, not because she is bored but because she is in the unique position to change her past.

I think a Cuckoo Clock of Doom scenario would be more exciting for your woman, having her wake up younger and younger while she desperately tries to figure out how to reverse her wish.

Well in this situation I prefer sudden morning age regression to one constant age about 10 y.o. because that movie was about 13 y.o. sudden transformation to 30 so I want to do as in the movie but in reverse. I like slow transformations but not in this plot.

This sounds interesting. I'd love to see this as a live action movie.
