It is. Someone at the Deviantart site guessed the story (not anyone here. For shame). It is in fact the beginning of Poolside, by the great Louder. It will be in 5 parts as was the original. If you would like to read the original:

Love your stuff and very happy to hear one of my favorites from the past will get made. Many thanks. Just one request. In the original none of the girls went down to diaper age. Could ya adjust that?
