I tried to join today and when I click "This Is Correct" is takes me to a window that says "Duplicate entry '0' for key 1" and won't let me do anything else.

It's fixed. I am developing a better signup and it affected the old system.

When I try to sign up for monthly service I keep getting this: Column 'end_date' cannot be null
