Hmm, the teddy in "Changing Clothes", maybe? There was nothing suggesting he could be sentient, though.

... The exact same bear we see at the end of The Sims AR photos story 2, along with... a doll.

So maybe they look the same because there's isn't this many 3D model to use, or maybe you're tying back things with a storyline of which we had been left with an open ending, hmm?
